Thank you for becoming a sponsor of our golf event!

It's easy to sign up...

1. Review the sponsor levels and benefits.

2. Select the boxes of your choice.

​

3. Fill out form and click submit with the total payment due.

YOU WILL BE REDIRECTED TO OUR PAYPAL PAYMENT PROCESSING PAGE

(you do not need a PayPal account to pay online with this process)

4. Enter total payment amount due & click submit.

​

5. Review your order and then click the yellow PayPal check-out button.

Under the PayPal sign-in, is the "PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD" button for

you to choose and proceed with your payment.
