It's easy to sign up...

2. Fill out form and click submit with the total payment due.

3. An ORDER SUMMARY box will appear showing you your total due.
NEXT, click the YELLOW PAYPAL CHECKOUT button

YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO OUR PAYPAL PROCESSING PAGE TO CONTINUE YOUR PAYMENT AS A GUEST
(you do not need a PayPal account to pay online with this process)

Under the PayPal sign-in, is the "PAY WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD" button for
you to choose and proceed.

4. Enter your contact & card information and then click continue.

Review your order and submit.
