President & CEO
Leslie Cobb serves as our Executive Director and has dedicated 29 years to the United Way of Cleveland County. A die-hard Clemson fan, she loves nothing more than spending time at her beloved campus and soaking up the vibes in Death Valley during her downtime! At United Way, she is consistently building connections and establishing new relationships to ensure that United Way remains a key player in our community. Her determination and passion enhance our community, and we are grateful for her leadership!

Nicole Elmore
Director of Community Impact and Marketing
Nicole Elmore is our Director of Community Impact and Marketing and has been with United Way of Cleveland County for 12 years. On the weekends you will find her spending time outdoors with her daughter, husband and dogs or caring for her wide variety of farm animals. At United Way, she dedicates her time to engaging with the community, nurturing agency relationships, and utilizing her creative skills to keep United Way engaging. We value her unwavering commitment to United Way, the partnerships she has fostered, and her devotion to making a lasting impact in our community.

Adrienne Smith
Foster Grandparent Program Director
Adrienne Smith is the director of our Foster Grandparent Program and has dedicated 17 years to the United Way of Cleveland County. She is deeply committed to her program and has cultivated strong relationships with her volunteers, making a significant difference in our community. In her downtime Adrienne can be found spending time with her family and or cheering on her son, Carter at his many sport events. We are grateful for Adrienne’s dedication to this program and her foster grandparent volunteers!
