Dolly Parton Imagination Library-All children under age 5 years in Cleveland County are eligible to receive a free book in the mail each month. Parent/Guardians must complete an enrollment form per eligible child to begin receiving books.

Healthy Alternatives Learned for Tomorrow-HALT program provides assessment and 26 week counseling program for men who have identified the need to better control their anger, or who have been referred by the courts. For their service, volunteers receive a tax-free stipend, reimbursement for transportation, meals during service, annual physical examinations, and accident and liability insurance while on duty.
